How Does it work?     

The base coaching for the Padmic System™  is 3 phone sessions (one per week), and then a rest on the fourth week. Phone charges are included in your coaching fee, regardless of where you live in the world. Each session is for 1 hour. Your support in finishing on time is appreciated.  

Suport  e-mail coaching  and 'extra coaching' calls are given as and when needed at no extra charge. You take on as much homework/home play as you choose, and most of the learning/growth/action happens between the calls.

By combining what I learn in the assessment with what you learn from talking with me on your personal goals and concerns, I will be able to work with you to build a workable strategy that will help you see quick, tangible results.  

The investment for three months of coaching is £810 (which saves £270 over the monthly rate).
